Oliver asked us to help sell his family home in Castle Bytham. This home represented a different challenge for us. Not only was this home in an area that we hadn't sold in before, but is was also being sold vacant. We tend to find that furnished homes are easier to sell, so we had to use creative marketing on this one to really capture people's imagination.
Our unique marketing and personalised approach was what Oliver liked about us and we quickly got to work. Oliver was keen to sell quickly as he'd already bought his next home and didn't want the burden of having to pay for and run two homes.
We secured Oliver a buyer after a handful of viewings, much to his appreciation. It didn't take too long to complete and the new owner is happy in her new home!
